Product Overview: Hexagon socket flat point set screws are also called flat tail machine screws, hexagon socket cylindrical end headless screws, top screws, positioning screws, and convex end set screws. Flat tail positioning screws are usually used in mechanisms with relatively high hardness or frequent position adjustment. Hexagon socket flat point set screws are classified according to standards: DIN 913 German standard hexagon socket cylindrical end machine screws, national standard GB 77 flat tail headless screws, international standard ISO 4026 flat end top screws, Italian standard UNI 5923 flat head positioning screws.

Material classification: Usually made of alloy steel, stainless steel, copper and other materials. Different materials are used in different environments. Alloy steel is normally used to make 12.9 grade high-strength hexagon socket pointed set screws, and stainless steel set screws are normally used in environments that require environmental protection, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, such as food machinery, medical machinery, etc.
