Product Overview: A193 B16 full thread studs are widely used in pressure vessels, boilers, high pressure valves, petroleum and petrochemical equipment, radiators and other fields because of their physical properties of high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. In daily use, in environments with high requirements for corrosion resistance, we will choose to achieve product corrosion resistance, temperature resistance and abrasion resistance through Teflon (also known as PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)) surface treatment. Usually Teflon can be used at a continuous temperature of 260°C and can be used at a temperature of 290-300°C for a short time. Teflon is not brittle at low temperatures and does not melt at high temperatures. It is very stable. When our B7 full thread studs have high performance, coating the surface with Teflon can play a better role in pressure resistance, wear resistance, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other excellent properties. B16 studs are chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel, which needs to be expedited and tempered to adjust the high strength tensile and yield values of the product.
